Director, Finance Systems (SAP): Leading the strategy, delivery, optimization, and support of a global finance technology ecosystem centered on SAP S/4HANA/ECC, related applications, integrations, and reporting platforms with an accent on enterprise finance processes, controls, and scalable operations. Focus on driving SAP transformation programs, standardizing finance workflows, managing global stakeholders and vendors, and strengthening data governance and system reliability.
Location: Beverly Hills, California, United States — onsite at 9601 Wilshire
Salary: $181,500–$242,000 annually

What you will do
- Lead the strategy, support, optimization, and enhancement of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and related finance applications.
- Oversee boundary systems, integrations, reporting platforms, and internally developed applications supporting finance operations.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, Business Operations, and Technology teams to improve controls, data quality, automation, and process standardization.
- Lead system initiatives from planning through deployment, stabilization, and continuous improvement.
- Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, system integrators, internal resources, governance, prioritization, releases, and change management.
- Oversee data flows between SAP, banking platforms, reporting solutions, data platforms, and other enterprise applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of experience managing enterprise finance applications, ERP platforms, or application teams.
- Deep experience with SAP S/4HANA/ECC, core SAP finance modules, and enterprise finance processes.
- Experience leading implementations, upgrades, transformation initiatives, vendors, consultants, system integrators, and global stakeholders.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, team leadership, and executive presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Experience in talent agencies, sports representation, entertainment, media, licensing, royalties, or commissions.
- Knowledge of SAP FI/CO, SD, AR/AP, reporting, planning, analytics, and related SAP finance capabilities.
- Experience using AI, workflow automation, or emerging technologies to improve finance operations.
