Location: On-site in Chantilly, Virginia, United States
Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year, depending on education and experience.

What you will do
- Lead the development, integration, publication, and analysis of complex program and enterprise-level schedules.
- Act as the primary liaison between SEI, SETA integrators, government program leads, and functional team members.
- Advise executive-level management on program performance, forecasting, and baseline control for launch vehicle systems.
- Lead quantitative and qualitative schedule risk assessments using Monte Carlo and Latin Hyper Cube simulation.
- Develop curricula and conduct advanced training for schedulers.
- Provide strategic recommendations using BEI, CEI, SPI, and future program trend analysis.
Requirements
- Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance required.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Master’s degree required, preferably in engineering, business, mathematics, or the sciences; a bachelor’s degree is also specified as required.
- At least 15 years of relevant experience with the USAF, DoD, NASA, or a DoD hardware contractor.
- Expert experience in schedule development, analysis, integration, and management, including extensive use of Microsoft Project, Project Server, or similar tools.
- Expert knowledge of critical path methodology, schedule quality, schedule execution metrics, Steelray Project Analyzer or equivalent, and the DCMA 14-Point Assessment.
Nice to have
- Scheduling certification from PMI, DAU, or another recognized professional organization.
- Familiarity with USAF or equivalent DoD development programs and processes.
- Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, systems engineering practices, and space systems development.
- Experience designing curricula and leading scheduling divisions.
