MA Manager - Derm

Location: Beijing, China; domestic and international travel required.

What you will do

• Develop and execute medical strategy and medical projects for relevant therapeutic areas and products.
• Design, operate, and medically monitor clinical studies in compliance with GCP, SOPs, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare clinical study protocols, manage budgets and timelines, support investigator meetings, and coordinate reporting and publication plans.
• Gather insights from KOLs, healthcare professionals, literature, congresses, and internal stakeholders, then share findings with cross-functional teams.
• Define high-quality medical content for advisory boards, expert discussions, educational activities, and project materials.
• Provide scientific review, product and therapeutic-area training, and support to Marketing, Sales, Medical Education, MSL, R&D, and other functions.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of clinical experience in a relevant therapeutic area or 2–3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Thorough understanding of GCP and HCC requirements.
• Good command of English, including fluent reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
• Expertise in the relevant product and therapeutic area, with strategic thinking and the ability to lead medical strategy and evidence generation.
• Experience with clinical study design and operations, publication planning, scientific communication, and collaboration with statisticians and data management teams.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with KOLs, external customers, and cross-functional internal stakeholders.
