Medical Advisor/Associate Director (Rheumatology)

What you will do

• Serve as a regional medical and scientific advisor on assigned clinical research projects.
• Provide medical support to investigative sites and project staff on protocol clarifications, patient safety, and eligibility decisions.
• Review protocols, Investigative Drug Brochures, Case Report Forms, adverse events, clinical study reports, and patient narratives.
• Support serious adverse-event case reviews and analysis of similar events in collaboration with Pharmacovigilance.
• Provide therapeutic-area training and present at investigator meetings.
• Attend project, kick-off, team, and client meetings and respond to urgent protocol-related issues.

Requirements

• Medical expertise in rheumatology and clinical research.
• Ability to provide scientific guidance to project leaders and clinical teams.
• Ability to review patient safety information, adverse events, and clinical documentation.
• Availability to respond to urgent protocol-related issues 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Ability to use a keyboard extensively and communicate accurately by telephone and in person.
