Clinical Operations Manager (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Hire, retain, mentor, coach, and manage the performance and development of the clinical research team.
• Lead clinical research operations, including accompanied on-site and off-site visits, monitoring support, and delivery against country- and site-level KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, investigative sites, KOLs, national leads, principal investigators, and site staff to accelerate priority clinical programs.
• Manage team resources, study budgets, and payments in alignment with research priorities and study timelines.
• Identify performance gaps and risks, provide tailored support, and implement training and process improvements.
• Support audit and inspection readiness, including site and country audits and CAPA preparation and implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; a health-related field such as medicine, science, nursing, or pharmacy is preferred.
• At least 3 years of clinical monitoring experience.
• Experience across multiple therapeutic areas and study phases.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, planning, organizational, mentoring, and coaching skills.
• Ability to make timely decisions, work independently, manage ambiguity, and adapt to changing requirements.
• Commitment to Good Clinical Practices, ICH Guidelines, applicable regulations, hirify.global SOPs, and quality standards.
