Medical Manager (Pharmaceuticals)

What you will do

• Lead medical and scientific activities for assigned products, including disease and product knowledge for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the development and execution of medical plans, product value propositions, and local registration strategies.
• Provide scientific input to post-marketing clinical programs, registries, investigator-sponsored studies, and data generation activities.
• Collaborate with medical excellence, pharmacovigilance, regulatory, clinical operations, R&D, marketing, sales, and government affairs.
• Build relationships with opinion leaders and experts and support medical education, publications, congresses, symposia, and scientific communications.
• Ensure medical compliance, governance, risk management, and scientific integrity across assigned products.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in clinical medicine or above.
• 3–5 years of clinical practice, preferably with specialization in the relevant field.
• Knowledge of medical and scientific principles, clinical research methodology, and good clinical practice.
• Fluent English speaking and writing required.
• Strong communication, influencing, planning, organization, partnership-building, initiative, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical affairs, new product launches, and data generation in the pharmaceutical industry.
