Medical - Medical Manager - Shanghai (Pharmaceuticals)

What you will do

• Provide current disease and product knowledge to internal and external customers.
• Develop and execute medical plans that optimize product value and support new and existing products.
• Provide scientific input for Phase IV studies, registries, investigator-sponsored studies, publications, congress presentations, and medical education.
• Collaborate with regulatory, R&D, clinical operations, pharmacovigilance, marketing, sales, and government affairs teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with opinion leaders and medical experts.
• Support marketing and sales activities through scientific communications, sales training, promotional material validation, and medical education.

Requirements

• Medical education with a master’s degree or above.
• More than 3 years of clinical practice plus 3 years of medical affairs experience, or more than 5 years of medical affairs experience.
• Experience in clinical research within the pharmaceutical industry is desirable.
• Knowledge of medical science, clinical research methodology, and good clinical practice.
• Fluent English speaking and writing.
• Strong communication, influencing, planning, organizing, partnership-building, initiative, leadership, business acumen, and quality orientation.
