Production Planning Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Blaine, Minnesota, United States; onsite

Compensation: $105,000–$195,000 per year, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a growing team of production planning analysts.
• Build partnerships with operations, supply chain, engineering, Lean, SIOP, product, and program management teams.
• Set the strategic direction for production planning and execute schedules aligned with customer and business objectives.
• Improve value stream performance, production dependability, and overall site effectiveness.
• Transform planning processes through Lean methods, including Kanbans, level schedules, and production flow improvements.
• Strengthen reporting and analytics, optimize ERP utilization, identify bottlenecks, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or master scheduling.
• Experience leading organizational change and process transformation initiatives.
• 2+ years of team leadership experience is highly preferred.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• CPIM certification is preferred.
