Medical Assistant (CMA)

Location: North Palm Beach, Florida, United States; onsite health center role. Full-time schedule of 32 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.; no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities.

What you will do

• Greet, room, and support patients throughout check-in and follow-up care.
• Measure and document vital signs, patient histories, and clinical information.
• Prepare examination rooms and assist providers during patient visits.
• Perform phlebotomy and collect blood and urine samples.
• Support front-office and administrative clinic functions.
• Maintain accurate documentation, follow clinical protocols, and provide compassionate customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Completion of a formal Medical Assistant program with a diploma or certificate and at least two years of recent Medical Assistant experience, or at least three years of recent experience gained through on-the-job training.
• Relevant military medic experience may also qualify.
• Strong patient care, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, patient-centered clinical environment.

• Phlebotomy experience.
