Location: Marion, Illinois, United States; onsite at the Aisin Health & Wellness Center

Pay range: $21.00–$25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support a primary care physician and care team in delivering patient care and a positive patient experience.
• Escort patients, prepare and stock exam rooms, review medical information, and collect updated health data.
• Take vital signs, perform blood draws, administer medications and immunizations, dress wounds, and assist with procedures.
• Handle scheduling, check-in and check-out, medical record requests, documentation, referrals, and specialist coordination.
• Process test results and communicate them to patients as directed by the provider.
• Conduct patient outreach, identify gaps in care, and help develop individual care plans.

Requirements

• At least one year of Medical Assistant experience, preferably in primary care.
• Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant or related program.
• National or state-specific Medical Assistant certification or registration where required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required by the start date.
• Ability to perform clinical and front-desk responsibilities, maintain accurate medical records, and manage clinic supplies and equipment.

Nice to have

• Phlebotomy experience.
