Senior Project Specialist, Clinical Supplies (Clinical Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Support clinical supply project managers with the labeling, packaging, distribution, and shipment of investigational drug supplies to depots and clinical sites.
• Coordinate study-specific supply requirements with CROs, packaging and labeling vendors, IRT providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Execute UAT and system-readiness activities for IRT systems, and monitor inventory and distribution to maintain uninterrupted supply.
• Track third-party vendor performance across procurement, labeling, delivery, quality monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Monitor shipments, troubleshoot logistics challenges, and manage temperature-excursion investigations and resolutions.
• Support pharmacy manuals, site training materials, process improvements, and the use of digital and AI-enabled tools in clinical supply operations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in clinical drug supply management, clinical supply chain, hospital pharmacy, or pharmacy.
• Bachelor's degree in a science-based subject preferred.
• Experience with MS Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and vendor relationship management skills.
• Cold-chain packaging, labeling, distribution, IRT design and management, and clinical supply inventory systems experience preferred.
