Auto Verifications Specialist (Auto Finance)

Location: On site in Tempe, Arizona, United States. Schedule: 40 hours per week within Monday-Saturday operating hours of 6:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. Arizona time, including every other Saturday.

What you will do

• Review and verify customer and auto loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Communicate with customers, dealerships, and internal partners to resolve missing information.
• Research and resolve documentation discrepancies.
• Use internal systems to process and maintain accurate information.
• Provide customer-focused service while collaborating with team members and business partners.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused approach, investigative mindset, and commitment to accuracy.
• Technical aptitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, lending, automotive, or document review.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
