Pricing Specialist (Construction)

Location: Waxahachie, Texas, United States; onsite work with local travel required

What you will do

• Review architectural drawings, blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
• Complete window and material takeoffs for multifamily, apartment, light commercial, and other large-scale housing projects.
• Develop project estimates, competitive pricing, bids, and customer proposals.
• Calculate material, freight, and other project-related costs.
• Use EQ, Evolve, Excel, and other RFQ systems to build and maintain quotes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Operations, customers, and leadership to resolve issues and support project-winning strategies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in estimating, pricing, construction, windows, building products, or a related industry.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and blueprints and perform material takeoffs.
• Strong Excel, mathematical, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Clear technical communication with internal and external customers; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
