Director, AI & Engineering Development (Onsite)

What you will do

• Lead engineering teams building, deploying, and operating AI-enabled and data-driven healthcare solutions.
• Translate AI and product priorities into engineering roadmaps, delivery plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Guide architecture across applications, AI platforms, data pipelines, integrations, and cloud-based systems.
• Drive quality, performance, security, reliability, scalability, operational readiness, and production excellence.
• Partner with Product, Data Science, Analytics, Clinical, Compliance, Privacy, and Security stakeholders.
• Lead responsible AI governance, including transparency, explainability, monitoring, continuous validation, and human-centered design.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership roles with increasing scope and accountability.
• Strong background as a software engineer, technical lead, architect, or engineering leader with experience guiding architecture and execution.
• Experience delivering AI, machine learning, automation, analytics, or data-driven systems into production.
• Strong understanding of cloud architectures, distributed systems, API and integration patterns, AI/ML platforms, MLOps, DevOps, and modern software delivery.
• Experience working in regulated industries; healthcare technology experience is strongly preferred.
