What you will do

• Develop and improve consumer products based on consumer needs and product performance requirements.
• Formulate and design finished products using available technologies, chemicals, and materials.
• Develop sustainable packaging and consumer devices with strong function and design.
• Translate concepts and technologies into scalable chemical and mechanical manufacturing processes.
• Develop new raw-material technologies and mathematical models to accelerate innovation.
• Use data science and advanced analytics to turn complex data and algorithms into actionable conclusions.

Requirements

• Available for 12 weeks from mid/late May through early August 2027.
• Currently pursuing a BS or MS in engineering, life science, physical science, chemistry, biology, biochemistry, analytical and measurement science, microbiology, packaging science, psychology, data science, or a related field.
• Relevant backgrounds may include chemical, mechanical, biomedical, electrical, and other engineering disciplines.
• Overall GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale.
• Strong communication, critical-thinking, active-listening, and rapid-learning skills.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
