What you will do

• Administer, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade, and document enterprise NetApp architecture.
• Manage NetApp SAN virtual controller environments, enterprise storage arrays, and SAN/NAS platforms.
• Manage Brocade and Cisco virtual Fibre Channel fabric networks and supporting Windows and Linux servers.
• Plan and execute firmware updates, hardware and software upgrades, capacity growth, and data-center migrations.
• Design and implement storage disaster recovery, backup, restoration, archiving, replication, and security solutions.
• Provide incident response, performance testing, technical guidance, documentation, and on-call support as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum six years of NetApp system administration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Emergency Management, or a related technical discipline, or six years of related work experience.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, provide timely status updates, and troubleshoot complex storage environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, client-facing experience, and ability to collaborate with technical and business teams.
• Ability to train team members and create logical, detailed technical instructions.

Nice to have

• Shell scripting experience.
• Application software development experience using Agile methodologies.
