Route Service Manager - CDL

Location: Plymouth, Michigan, United States; route-based and onsite work

What you will do

• Deliver batteries and provide timely, professional service to assigned dealers and customers.
• Load and unload trucks safely while maintaining accurate records of company assets.
• Build dealer relationships and manage sales, consignment, warranties, rotations, cash collection, and invoicing.
• Maintain battery displays and products according to consignment agreements.
• Complete route transactions and paperwork, and collect used batteries for return to the warehouse.
• Follow driver program requirements and operate independently with limited supervision.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• At least one year of delivery and customer service experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, prioritization, accuracy, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Working knowledge of computers and electronic inventory tools such as tablets and scanners.
• Clean driving record, CDL, and a valid DOT medical card required.
• Ability to work overtime and, depending on location, one or more overnight routes per week.
