Warehouse Associate / CDL Driver (Marine Manufacturing)

Location: Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, United States. Workplace: Onsite. Relocation is not offered. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Salary: $47,000–$65,200 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Perform receiving, shipping, storage, boxing, and returned-goods operations.
• Move materials to support manufacturing, sales, and interplant orders.
• Assign storage locations and maintain organized warehouse materials.
• Process receiving, storage, and shipping forms and documentation.
• Answer shipment-status inquiries and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
• Inspect warehouse equipment and deliver materials to nearby Mercury plants and suppliers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0–2 years of experience in a related field.
• Forklift training or experience.
• Valid CDL and all required documentation.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new jobs and computer programs.
• Good judgment, organization, prioritization, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) software.
