Location: Phoenix, Arizona; onsite at the Mesa Gateway Airport parking facility in Mesa, Arizona. Full-time schedule is 2:00 p.m. to midnight, including weekends and holidays as needed. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and provide employment eligibility documentation.
Compensation: $21.00–$23.00 per hour.

What you will do
- Supervise, schedule, coach, and support transportation staff while monitoring performance and delegating responsibilities.
- Lead safety initiatives, conduct driver assessments and ride-alongs, and reinforce safe driving practices.
- Oversee daily bus operations, address operational challenges, and maintain service continuity in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate maintenance of the bus depot, vehicles, and surrounding premises.
- Respond to accidents, incidents, disruptions, and safety concerns while completing required reports and investigations.
- Communicate with guests, clients, drivers, dispatchers, customer service representatives, and management to resolve escalated issues.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous supervisory or management experience in transportation, logistics, transit, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license; CDL or equivalent is preferred, or willingness to obtain one if applicable.
- Knowledge of transportation safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and other operationally required shifts.
- Ability to pass background checks, drug screenings, motor vehicle record reviews, and employment eligibility verification through E-Verify.
