What you will do
- Manage daily customer fulfilment operations and coordinate Sales & Operations Execution activities.
- Monitor inventory and identify potential shortages or out-of-stock situations up to four weeks in advance.
- Make fulfilment decisions during shortages, including customer allocation, backorder prioritization, order adjustments, and substitutions.
- Coordinate fulfilment activities with logistics partners and ensure timely, accurate customer deliveries.
- Track end-to-end performance through KPIs and analytics, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
- Support month-end closing, stock-in-trade and sell-in/sell-out reporting, and customer communication on out-of-stock issues.
Requirements
- Experience in customer fulfilment, supply chain operations, or order management; biopharma or healthcare experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with SAP and MS Office, plus strong analytical skills in KPI tracking, reporting, and scenario planning.
- Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Fluent English and Hebrew required.
- Role based in Yakum, Israel.
