Planner (Supply Chain)

Location: Dimona, Israel; onsite position at the hirify.global Dimona factory.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term production plans for multiple production sites and lines.
• Monitor demand and supply trends and balance production capacity.
• Manage order fulfillment and customer delivery commitments.
• Support Operations, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Engineering departments.
• Optimize inventory levels while maintaining required service levels.
• Track and analyze planning KPIs, including missed promises, inventory turns, and overall planning performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Mandatory English proficiency in verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, organization, and time-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
