What you will do
- Lead complex procurement and supply chain activities supporting product development, R&D, marketing, and new product launches.
- Manage cross-functional project teams and translate business priorities into supply chain strategies.
- Lead supplier selection, supply base optimization, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Build product BOM cost roadmaps and report product cost health to senior management.
- Develop supply chain, business, and financial modeling tools and analyze industry and market data.
- Assess contract, operational, continuity, and supply chain risks and advise senior business leaders.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Typically 7–10 years of experience, preferably in purchasing, sourcing, engineering, or R&D.
- Capability in project management or a related field.
- Ability to work in Ness Ziona, Center District, Israel.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with senior stakeholders.
