Senior Cost Manager (Electrical Focus)

What you will do

• Deliver complex commercial management of construction projects to ensure cost control and value for money.
• Manage the assessment and resolution of change orders, variations, and contractual commercial issues.
• Prepare detailed estimates, cost plans, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
• Support tender and procurement activities, including bid documentation and contractor evaluation.
• Produce accurate cost reports, valuations, and commercial analyses to support decision-making.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management across varied projects.
• Proven track record in critical infrastructure experience with large-scale complex projects.
• Degree or comparable professional experience in cost management or a construction discipline.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Tel Aviv, Israel.
