Industrial Engineer - Student (Supply Chain)

Location: Rehovot, Israel; at least three days per week from the Rehovot campus

What you will do

• Own planning-related projects from analysis through implementation.
• Support production and material planning activities and monitor material readiness.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities, then coordinate cross-functional actions.
• Analyze complex data and operational metrics to support business decisions.
• Translate findings into recommendations, actionable plans, and scalable process improvements.
• Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and R&D stakeholders and present results to management.

Requirements

• Third-year B.Sc. student in Industrial Engineering and Management.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage tasks and projects independently, handle multiple priorities, and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
• Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with data analytics or visualization tools is advantageous.
