Manager, Compensation & Benefits

What you will do

• Provide operational support for Japan benefits and wellness programs, including social insurance, life insurance, retirement, and employee wellness initiatives.
• Manage benefits processes across the employee lifecycle, including new hires, changes, and terminations.
• Coordinate benefits renewals, vendor service quality monitoring, issue resolution, documentation, invoicing, and tracking.
• Partner with Talent Operations, Payroll, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely benefits delivery.
• Maintain benefits data and documentation, administer Workday transactions, prepare reports, and support reconciliation activities.
• Support system enhancements, process improvements, and ad hoc benefits-related projects.

Requirements

• Experience supporting benefits administration and wellness programs.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams, payroll stakeholders, and external benefits vendors.
• Experience maintaining benefits data, documentation, system transactions, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Ability to ensure benefits processes comply with local regulatory and company requirements.
