HR Specialist Contractor

What you will do

• Provide first-level responses to employee inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
• Prepare HR reports, presentations, and internal documents.
• Support contract renewal tracking and related administrative processes.
• Maintain HR data and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Support the day-to-day operations of HR Business Partners and HR People Partners.
• Coordinate HR processes and internal communications.

Requirements

• At least five years of professional experience.
• Advanced Excel skills for data handling, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience using global HR systems such as Workday or SAP and shared folders in daily operations.
• Experience in HR or administrative support roles.
• Strong responsibility, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a customer-service mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting HRBP or HR operations.
• Employee Relations experience.
• Experience using AI tools.
• English communication skills.
