Location: Hamilton, Ontario, Canada; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Rotate through operations, including product and material knowledge, yard processes, feeder-yard oversight, and health and safety practices.
• Learn logistics workflows, including dispatching, scaling materials, transportation, and equipment requirements.
• Review contracts, analyze inventory, and learn month-end inventory and customer payment processes.
• Support procurement through supplier strategies, vendor management, purchasing needs, and inventory coordination.
• Participate in employee onboarding, talent acquisition, succession planning, management training, compensation, and employee-relations activities.
• Visit customer sites and develop knowledge of customer relationships, pricing, market trends, negotiation, margins, profitability, and account management.

Requirements

• Recent graduate of a relevant university or college program.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
