Community General Manager, Imperial Service

What you will do

• Lead and coach client-facing Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives across the banking centre and other centres in the community.
• Deepen client relationships by ensuring appropriate advice, products, and solutions meet clients’ financial goals.
• Monitor banking-centre performance, identify gaps, and implement action plans to improve results.
• Coordinate with internal partners to maximize market opportunities and grow the banking centre’s business.
• Manage operations, processes, controls, compliance, and risk while safeguarding clients and shareholders.
• Champion hirify.global in the community, develop client relationships, and support prompt resolution of client complaints.

Requirements

• Experience leading and developing diverse, high-performing teams.
• Strong coaching, people-management, collaboration, influence, and accountability skills.
• Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified location in Canada; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Commitment to client-first service, trust, teamwork, accountability, and continuous change.

• Branch Compliance Officer’s Course, Branch Managers Examination Course, Conducts & Practices Handbook, Wealth Management Essentials, or Certified Financial Planner certification.
