Non-Technical Project/Program Management - RVC Operations Project Manager (NCG) (Supply Chain)

Location: On-site in Taoyuan City, Taiwan; the posting header also lists Hsinchu, Taiwan. Travel required up to 20% of the time. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Manage strategic continuous improvement projects within the Reverse Value Chain and Applied Global Services segments.
• Monitor network performance using data-driven KPIs and investigate root causes affecting operations.
• Develop improvement plans and coordinate process changes with global, cross-functional teams.
• Drive network optimization and support critical business needs through project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or another technical discipline.
• 0–1 years of project management experience, preferably in process improvement and large-scale global projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced search functions, as well as Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Tableau and Microsoft Power BI; experience with statistics, process control, data analytics, and process documentation.
• Strong prioritization, organization, communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills.
• Ability to lead without authority and collaborate with diverse global teams in a matrix-managed organization.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma or Project Management certification.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Experience in global logistics or supply chain within a large organization.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
