Construction Project Manager

Location: Taipei, Taiwan

hirify.global operates an e-commerce and logistics platform in Taiwan, including next-day Rocket Delivery and international delivery services.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery across Taiwan operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and local and overseas stakeholders to maintain progress and resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and Gantt charts.
• Track project risks, escalate critical issues, and provide timely status reports.
• Analyze project and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with global teams in English to support execution and communication across regions.

Requirements

• Experience in construction or project management environments.
• Experience with cross-functional communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to track issues, manage risks, provide reporting, and escalate critical items.
• Experience with project scheduling, milestone tracking, and Gantt chart management.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with overseas teams.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, or data management.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering projects in logistics or e-commerce environments.
• Experience with operational optimization or last-mile projects.
• Experience with dashboards, KPI tracking, or BI visualization tools.
• Experience in business analysis, data governance, or operational analytics.
• Large-scale cross-domain project delivery experience, CAD experience, or flexibility for business travel.
