Center Operations Manager

Location: Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, United States. Full-time onsite role with availability to work at multiple locations as needed. Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; no nights, weekends, or on-call shifts.

What you will do

• Oversee daily health center operations and clinical support staff.
• Monitor KPIs, workflows, inventory, pharmacy supplies, and replacement ordering.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, licensing requirements, privacy regulations, and AAAHC standards.
• Provide hands-on patient facilitation and clinical care, including EKGs, vital signs, venipuncture, capillary procedures, and injections.
• Manage schedules, timecards, staff meetings, recruiting, onboarding, development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Identify clinic efficiency and patient or employee engagement improvements and present recommendations to area leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Registered or certificated Medical Assistant, or at least five years of Medical Assistant experience.
• Current clinical license as required by the applicable state or national authority, in good standing.
• Current classroom-led American Heart Association BLS or CPR certification.
• Proficiency with practice management and electronic medical record systems, plus current experience with EKG, vital signs, venipuncture, capillary procedures, and injections.
• Current health records with appropriate Hepatitis B and PPD immunizations, along with the physical ability to handle equipment and patients and remain seated or standing for extended periods.

Nice to have

• Three to five years of healthcare leadership experience, or at least two years of experience with hirify.global health center operations.
