TL;DR
Inventory Manager (AI Hardware): Managing contract manufacturer and 3PL inventory operations for frontier AI hardware with an accent on excess and obsolescence mitigation, inventory control, and financial reconciliation. Focus on analyzing inventory risks, validating manufacturing and cost data, and building dashboards that improve capital efficiency and operational visibility.

Location: Taipei, Taiwan; on-site

What you will do

  • Own inventory strategy, controls, and execution across contract manufacturers and 3PL warehouses.
  • Analyze slow-moving and aged inventory, identify excess and obsolescence risks, and drive disposition decisions.
  • Coordinate physical audits, inventory counts, transaction records, and three-way reconciliations across NetSuite, 3PL records, and CM reports.
  • Build inventory dashboards and KPIs covering turns, aging, E&O value, and inventory accuracy.
  • Validate CM as-built reports, component consumption, work orders, lot and serial traceability, invoices, and related charges.
  • Partner with Finance, Cost Accounting, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to resolve discrepancies, manage reserves and write-offs, and improve capital efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or material program management within electronics manufacturing or big tech.
  • Experience managing contract manufacturers and 3PL warehouses, including physical audits, three-way reconciliations, and consigned inventory controls.
  • Strong analytical skills for E&O root-cause analysis, inventory disposition strategies, and inventory health dashboards.
  • Ability to work on-site in Taipei, Taiwan.

Nice to have

  • Experience with NetSuite, SAP, or Kinaxis.
  • Experience partnering with Finance and Cost Accounting on inventory valuation, E&O reserves, and audit readiness.
  • Experience with server rack hardware, complex electronics, or fast-paced NPI-to-production hardware environments.
