Turnaround Specialist

What you will do

• Lead turnaround and outage work in assigned refinery areas while meeting safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets.
• Coordinate TAR planners, coordinators, contractors, and other support positions.
• Develop and facilitate the Plan of the Plan with key stakeholders and maintain accurate turnaround scope.
• Review planned jobs and schedules in Primavera P6, set contractor priorities, and lead progress meetings and pre-job analyses.
• Monitor field progress, work quality, punch lists, contractor resources, work hours, and rental equipment.
• Support contracting strategy and control costs by applying contract terms.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of refining or petrochemical experience.
• Experience planning and executing turnarounds.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time indefinite basis without current or future employment visa sponsorship.
• Ability to work a 4/10 schedule from Monday through Thursday, with additional hours required during turnarounds, outages, and projects.

Nice to have

• Eight or more years of refining or petrochemical maintenance experience.
• Engineering degree.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Experience with Primavera P6.
