What you will do

• Manage the Pump Technician Team and oversee professional individual contributors and support staff.
• Implement policies and procedures and recommend improvements to production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions.
• Coach, train, develop, and retain associates while making employment decisions and resolving workplace issues.
• Balance safety, quality, productivity, cost, and morale to achieve continuous improvement.
• Oversee investigations and support effective associate relations.

Requirements

• Leadership and general management experience.
• Generally 8 or more years of experience in a related field; certification may be required.
• Experience with workforce planning, action plans, hiring, retention, performance reviews, and discipline.
• Experience training and developing employees.
• At least 18 years of age and able to pass applicable pre-employment assessments.
• Ability to work around temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noises, and fumes, with overnight travel typically below 10%.
