Manufacturing Technician (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Build, repair, and test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components using work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, and parts lists.
• Perform electro-mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, repairs, and process improvements under moderate supervision.
• Receive and inspect parts, audit component availability, and identify defects.
• Use test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to test assemblies and components.
• Complete job documentation and data entry, and perform programming, software installation, or equipment repairs when required.
• Collaborate with engineers on new projects and help align resources with daily production needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2–4 years of semiconductor or display experience, or comparable industry or military experience.
• Strong English reading and writing skills are required to understand technical documentation.
• Ability to follow written and verbal standard operating procedures.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom and perform physically demanding activities, including prolonged standing, lifting, climbing, kneeling, and working in tight spaces.
• Ability to use hand and power tools and operate heavy machinery, including forklifts.

Nice to have

• Five or more years of related experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills using established procedures or scientific methods.
• Electrical Safety Chinese Government Training Certification.
• Precision Workmanship Certification.
