Maintenance Engineer - EE (Electrical)

What you will do

• Monitor the serviceability, safety, housekeeping, and environmental compliance of plant equipment and facilities.
• Maintain and repair high-, medium-, and low-voltage transformer power supply systems, MCCs, motor drives, lighting, and related electrical equipment.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, preventive and predictive maintenance, SAP PM01–03 tasks, repairs, and technical support.
• Coordinate or supervise contractor work to ensure safety, quality, and reliability.
• Conduct electrical diagnostics, vibration-based troubleshooting, failure analysis, and reliability recommendations.
• Support installations and commissioning, shutdown planning and execution, major overhauls, spare-parts reviews, and continuous-improvement projects.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher education in electrical automation or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience, preferably in a petrochemical or manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on maintenance experience, including major shutdowns, project work, plant operations, and maintenance activities.
• Knowledge of electrical equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, reliability improvement, and preventive or predictive maintenance programs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good oral and written communication skills.
• Basic office software skills; English is preferred for communication.
