Procurement Process Manager

What you will do

• Drive operational excellence and efficiency across the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay lifecycle.
• Integrate and standardize requisitioning, purchasing, invoicing, and payment processes.
• Partner with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance, and business stakeholders to drive alignment, adoption, and accountability.
• Develop training programs and reinforce process compliance through education and engagement.
• Manage supplier value initiatives, scorecards, service quality, innovation, and risk mitigation.
• Analyze off-channel spend and deliver KPI-based reporting that surfaces trends, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Procure-to-Pay, Procurement Operations, or Finance Operations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end P2P processes and operational workflows.
• Demonstrated experience improving operational efficiency, process performance, and supplier value.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with off-channel spend management is highly preferred; familiarity with Coupa, SAP, Ariba, or similar systems is a plus.
