Engineering Grad Co-op

Location: Holly Springs, North Carolina, United States. Students must be located in the United States for the duration of the program.

Base pay: $35.34–$41.20 per hour.

What you will do

• Work with design teams and engineers on project development, plans, standards, and equipment selection.
• Support technical feasibility assessments, lifecycle impact reviews, and cost analyses for engineering projects.
• Contribute to strategic engineering projects, capital planning, and business case proposals for executive engineering leadership.
• Research project scopes and engineering processes to identify improvement initiatives and innovative technologies.
• Contribute to safety and health programs that improve compliance, workforce well-being, and operational risk management.

Requirements

• Must be available for a full-time schedule and located in the United States throughout the program.
• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited master's, MBA, PharmD, or PhD program and complete the first year before the program starts.
• Preferred academic backgrounds include chemical, mechanical, biomedical, electrical, environmental, or biotechnology engineering, as well as related health, construction, computer science, and design disciplines.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, leadership, collaboration, and time-management skills are expected.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the program.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar office software.
• Exposure to BIM and Revit.
• Curiosity about AI and data science.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in an interactive matrixed environment.
