Salary: USD $111,238.40–$180,000 per year, plus potential participation in an annual discretionary bonus program.

What you will do

• Provide technical and operational leadership for the regional Testing & Commissioning team.
• Build client relationships, identify opportunities, support proposals and estimates, and help market regional services.
• Perform technically complex and billable testing and commissioning work while supervising, training, mentoring, and developing field engineers.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, project resources, test equipment, budgets, deliverables, and field support.
• Develop technical and safety training programs and support department procedures and industry-standard compliance.
• Review employee time sheets and expenses, oversee project records, and support quality, safety, and performance management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in electrical power systems testing, commissioning, or related field engineering.
• Previous experience leading technical teams, supervising field personnel, or managing engineering projects.
• Experience with utility, industrial, renewable energy, or power generation projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with ProjectWise, design standards, and applicable industry codes and practices.
