Sr. Marketing Specialist, Strategy (Fintech)

Location: HQ - San Diego, California, United States

Salary: $75,000-$85,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus targets of 10% cash and 10% restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Partner with Commercial Banking stakeholders to translate business goals into marketing strategies.
• Build and execute multi-channel marketing programs across email, web, social, and paid media.
• Lead content creation while maintaining brand, messaging, and compliance consistency.
• Analyze campaign, market, and client data to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Improve marketing processes, reporting quality, and speed to market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in financial services, banking, or fintech.
• Hands-on experience building and executing marketing campaigns.
• Strong communication and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Analytical, meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Employment eligibility is subject to U.S. E-Verify participation and successful credit, criminal background, and drug screening.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Workfront or similar project management tools.
• Familiarity with account-based marketing and nurture programs.
