AI & Data Product Manager (GenAI)

Location: Houston, Texas, United States; regular office and corporate campus presence required, with 20% business travel to other sites.

What you will do

• Own the full product lifecycle for enterprise data, analytics, AI, and machine learning products.
• Translate business strategy into technical product features, roadmaps, design specifications, and prioritized backlogs.
• Identify and deliver LLM agents, intelligent workflows, document automation, and other GenAI solutions with measurable business impact.
• Coordinate applied science, AI engineering, data engineering, software engineering, cloud platform, IT, and project management teams.
• Define product metrics covering adoption, usage, model performance, user feedback, and business outcomes.
• Embed responsible AI, security, compliance, privacy, explainability, fairness, auditability, and data governance into product design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, business analytics, business administration, engineering, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or product solutioning within enterprise technology, data, or analytics.
• 5+ years of experience owning data pipelines, analytics platforms, machine learning, or AI products end to end.
• 2+ years of experience defining, scoping, or shipping GenAI or agentic AI products.
• At least 3 years of experience in Agile/Scrum development environments and experience with hybrid development environments.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and must not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA in a technical or business discipline.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, machine learning, analytics platforms, cloud environments, Databricks, or Dataiku.
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, secure API integrations, microservices, event-driven architectures, APIs, ETL/ELT, data lakes, or event buses.
• Data and analytics experience in automotive, financial services, logistics, or operations-heavy industries.
• PSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Manager, PMP, or equivalent certification.
