Financial Systems Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Arlington, Virginia, United States

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Support the preparation, presentation, and execution of annual budgets.
• Measure organizational performance and assess the budget impact of programs and policies.
• Review budget estimates for accuracy, completeness, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate financial activities across stakeholders and manage finances across multiple funding types.
• Track budgets, costs, and variances; prepare executive summaries and financial reports.
• Manage financial activities for US government Foreign Military Sales efforts, including system reconciliation, case performance monitoring, reporting, and requisitions.

Requirements

• At least seven years of experience supporting budget preparation, presentation, and execution, financial presentations, action resolution, and task planning.
• At least seven years of experience with Navy ERP, MSIL, and NEPS.
• Experience with Foreign Military Sales financial management and FMS cases.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required. Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
