Operations Systems Analyst – Electronic Warfare (EW)

Location: On-site at Naval Support Facility Dahlgren, Virginia, five days per week; U.S. citizenship required.

Salary: $110,000–$145,000 per year

What you will do

• Perform integration and testing for U.S. Navy AN/SLQ-32(V)6 and (V)7 Electronic Warfare systems and the Softkill Coordination Subsystem.
• Develop testing procedures, evaluate results, and recommend design or production changes that improve system quality and performance.
• Conduct threat-system analysis and operational assessments for Electronic Warfare and Information Operations.
• Assess Electronic Warfare gaps and capabilities and develop related CONOPS, CONEMP, TTPs, SOPs, and technical documentation.
• Support developmental and operational test and evaluation activities.
• Facilitate technical meetings, workshops, and conferences with government, fleet, engineering, and operational stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least eight years of experience, or equivalent, in threat-system analysis and/or operation of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance and ability to maintain it required.
• Experience with Electronic Maneuver Warfare systems, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, and Electronic Warfare gap and capability development.
• Knowledge of systems development, integration, and testing, plus experience with Linux.
• Experience developing or reviewing CONOPS, CONEMP, TTPs, SOPs, and other technical documentation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with adversary threat systems, red-force tactics and kill chains, blue-force OPLANs, and Fleet operations.
• Experience supporting Navy Electronic Warfare or Information Operations programs.
• Experience leading technical meetings, workshops, or conferences.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DT&E/OT&E.
