Senior Director, Data & Digital Product Architecture (AI)

Salary: 184,400–307,400 USD annually, depending on experience and geographic location; eligible for an annual bonus and long-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead the Data Architecture function and define scalable, flexible, enterprise-agnostic data models for the enterprise medallion architecture.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture connecting data and digital product capabilities to centralized Bronze, Silver, and Gold models.
• Design reusable solution blueprints and reference patterns that engineering and product teams can implement in production.
• Apply AI and automation across modeling and solutioning to reduce cycle time and industrialize prototype and bespoke work.
• Integrate data and digital product solutions onto shared, governed sources in partnership with Data Engineering, Digital Product, Analytics, and Data Analysis & Products teams.
• Centralize reusable modeling patterns, templates, components, standards, and automation accelerators.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in data architecture, solution architecture, data modeling, analytics solution delivery, automation, or applied AI in an enterprise data environment.
• Experience leading a data architecture function and designing scalable, enterprise-agnostic data models.
• Experience transforming bespoke or prototype solutions into reusable, production-ready assets.
• Strong knowledge of medallion architecture, reusable modeling, and enterprise-agnostic data design.
• Hands-on understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated code evaluation, and controlled promotion to production.
• Strong communication, influencing, and change leadership skills; experience in complex, regulated enterprises is preferred.
