Mgr Rate Analysts (Hybrid)

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States; hybrid work

Annual salary: $106,400–$146,300, plus a 20% annual bonus for eligible positions.

What you will do

• Supervise, lead, and train department staff responsible for retail rates administration.
• Oversee cost-of-service analysis, rate design, pricing, tariff development, and tariff revisions.
• Manage the design, testing, implementation, documentation, and performance of operational and financial processes and systems.
• Represent Retail Rates on cross-functional teams developing rate methodologies, tariffs, riders, and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and oversee testimony, data request responses, presentations, reports, and regulatory filings.
• Participate in regulatory proceedings, including consultant and expert witness activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law, engineering, business, economics, finance, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in a utility environment involving legal, finance, engineering, regulatory activities, or retail rate application.
• Strong written and oral communication, analytical, organizational, independent-working, and staff-supervision skills.
• Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications.
• Working knowledge of utility customer information systems and databases, including CIMS and OBIEE; expert witness experience is required.
