Inventory Associate (Afternoon Shift: 3pm-11:30pm)

Location: Guelph, Ontario, Canada; onsite warehouse role

Salary: $19.81–$29.71 CAD per hour (listed pay rate: $22.00/hour)

What you will do

• Conduct cycle counts, verify inventory accuracy, and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for inventory issues.
• Use SAP ERP to issue, transfer, adjust, block, and release inventory.
• Create approvals and maintain documentation for inventory movements, damaged products, returns, quality checks, and recalls.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and support improvements to inventory control processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following GMP and company procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or a related role is preferred.
• License to operate at least one type of forklift or other material handling equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, communicate effectively, resolve problems, and prioritize urgent tasks.
• Ability to work at heights, operate material handling equipment, and lift up to 50 lb.
