What you will do

• Create and validate project scopes, plans, schedules, success metrics, and delivery standards for complex projects.
• Manage project delivery, scope, and costs for complex product development projects with limited supervision.
• Identify risks to project success and recommend mitigation plans to management.
• Build stakeholder relationships and maintain alignment on project outcomes.
• Drive organizational change by assessing project impacts, building awareness, and contributing to training development.
• Evaluate project results and improve processes, resources, productivity, and end products.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex projects and project delivery processes.
• Ability to define success metrics and apply delivery, compliance, and operational standards.
• Skills in risk identification, mitigation planning, stakeholder alignment, and change management.
• Ability to work in Jakarta, Indonesia.
