Project Manager (Sales Operations)

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

What you will do

• Develop, document, maintain, and roll out standard operating procedures for core sales operations processes.
• Ensure teams understand and consistently follow established procedures.
• Identify process inefficiencies and bottlenecks, then define improvement requirements and proposals.
• Convert improvement ideas into plans with owners, timelines, and success metrics.
• Coordinate sales, operations, product, and other functions to align priorities and deliver process changes.
• Measure the impact of improvements and refine processes based on results and compliance gaps.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project, program, or operations management.
• Ability to write, implement, and enforce SOPs and process documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured, root-cause mindset.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Familiarity with project and workflow tools such as Jira or Asana.

Nice to have

• Project management certification, such as PMP.
