What you will do

  • Provide hands-on desktop support for Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems.
  • Support Microsoft Office 2003, 2007, 2010, 2016, and Office 365.
  • Troubleshoot issues for executive end users in a larger corporate environment.
  • Perform IMAC and break/fix support.
  • Set up and support phones and tablets across Apple, Android, and Microsoft platforms.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Office 365 and Office 2016 support.
  • Experience providing break/fix troubleshooting in larger corporate environments.
  • Experience in desk-side or onsite desktop support.
  • Availability to work onsite in Southfield, Michigan.
