Lead Product Engineer (Semiconductor IP)

What you will do

• Support the integration and customization of hirify.global SERDES IP subsystems.
• Analyze complex subsystem application and implementation issues and provide technical guidance to customers.
• Support PHY and controller SoC integration reviews, customer integration questions, and technical case management.
• Perform RTL and gate-level simulations, including customer support for timing closure.
• Assist with customer post-silicon bring-up, testing, and deployment activities.
• Develop customer documentation and checklists while coordinating with worldwide remote teams and hirify.global R&D.

Requirements

• Experience with UCIe, PCIe, Ethernet, 112G, or similar interface IP.
• Experience in Verilog RTL design, gate-level verification, synthesis, and static timing analysis.
• Familiarity with DFT flows, test methodologies, package and board design, schematics, and SI/PI reviews.
• Knowledge of PLLs, transmit and receive equalizers, ADCs, jitter, noise, and circuit non-idealities.
• Experience with standard design flows, hard and soft IP, case management systems such as SFDC or Jira, and technical review coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or electrical engineering with 5 years of related experience, or a master’s degree with 3 years of related experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with DDR, LPDDR, GDDR, HBM, PCI Express, Ethernet, USB, UCIe, or other memory and communication interface IP protocols.
• Understanding of circuit architecture, analog and mixed-signal design practices, and backend implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of related experience, or a master’s degree with 5 years of related experience.
• Experience using AI tools for rapid prototyping, development, and prompting.
